How early do I need to book my wedding flowers?
You can book your wedding flowers 6 months in advance to allow enough time for our wedding florists to deliver our beautiful bouquets and florals to your venue. However, if a last-minute cancellation comes up, we can also work with last-minute wedding flower requests to ensure stunning florals are present on your wedding day!
What is the deposit / payment schedule for wedding flowers?
Our wedding flowers will require a 20% non-refundable deposit to confirm your date and floral arrangement with Poco Posy.
What if my wedding venue has restrictions (e.g. no nails, no wires)?
At Poco Posy, we know that different wedding venues can have different requirements and restrictions. As experienced wedding florists, we are able to easily work with and around any venue requirements to bring your dream wedding flower arrangements to life!
What happens if certain blooms are out of season?
If your chosen blooms aren’t in season, Poco Posy will recommend the best in-season florals to ensure your wedding flower arrangement looks just as stunning on your special day.

How long in advance do you begin setting up on the wedding day?

Does your wedding price list include delivery/transport costs?
Delivery and transport aren’t included in our standard wedding flower pricing, as these costs vary by venue and location. We’ll provide a tailored quote to make sure your wedding flowers arrive fresh and on time for your big day.
